Abstract
Esta investigación busca una propuesta de intervención para la prevención de eventos de seguridad por factor técnico, asociadas con fallas del operario durante las tareas de mantenimiento paras las unidades aéreas de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana, dada la creciente preocupación de la academia y de la institución por abordar la seguridad operacional desde la dimensión humana.
Para el análisis de estos factores a nivel institucional se utiliza el modelo HFACS-ME. Asimismo, esta investigación hace uso del enfoque sistémico para el análisis de los factores y de una metodología mixta para el procesamiento de la información. En este orden de ideas hace uso de matrices de análisis, encuestas y análisis estadístico.
Resulta importante mencionar que la recolección de datos se realizó con una muestra proveniente de sesenta y cinco individuos pertenecientes al del grupo técnico de CAMAN.
En lo respectivo a los resultados se encuentra que los factores desencadenantes de eventos de seguridad relacionados con el factor humano en mantenimiento, están los actos del operario en el nivel atención/memoria ligado con el seguimiento inadecuado de procedimientos; teniendo una influencia por las condiciones del operario específicamente con la comunicación inadecuada.
Finalmente, la propuesta de intervención tiene la intención de abordar los factores intervinientes en los EVESOs desde una perspectiva interaccional y compleja aludiendo al enfoque de este proyecto, el cual señala que cualquier fenómeno ocurrido tiene su explicación e intervención en la interacción y en las relaciones que se construyen entre los elementos que conforman el sistema.
This research seeks an intervention proposal for the prevention of security events due to technical factors, associated with operator failures during maintenance tasks for the air units of the Colombian Air Force (FAC by its Spanish initials), given the growing concern of the academy and of the institution for addressing operational safety from the human dimension. For the analysis of these factors at the institutional level, the HFACS-ME model is used. Likewise, this research makes use of the systemic approach for the analysis of the factors and a mixed methodology for the processing of the information. In this vein, it makes use of analysis matrices,surveys, and statistical analysis. It is important to mention that the data collection was carried out with a sample from sixty-five individuals belonging to the technical group of the Maintenance Air Command (CAMAN by its Spanish initials). Regarding the results, it is found that the causal triggers of safety events related to the human factor in maintenance are the actions of the operator at the attention/memory level linked to the inadequate follow-up of procedures; being influenced by operator conditions specifically with inadequate communication. Finally, the intervention proposal intends to address the factors involved in the Operational Safety Events (EVESOs by its Spanish initials) from an interactional and complex perspective, alluding to the focus of this project, which indicates that any phenomenon that occurs has its explanation and intervention in the interaction and relationships that are built between the elements that comprise the system.
