Propuesta de lineamientos en ciberseguridad para la Institución Educativa Gimnasio Militar de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana

Abstract
La presente investigación se centra en el desarrollo de una propuesta que permite fortalecer la responsabilidad en ciberseguridad desde una perspectiva institucional en el Gimnasio Militar de la Fuerza Aérea, centrando la base del estudio en los niños de los grados 4 y 5 de la institución seleccionada.
Para su desarrollo, se identificaron las categorías de análisis asociadas a factores de riesgo y protección de ciberseguridad en distintas instituciones educativas, los distintos factores de riesgo y medidas de protección frente a la ciberseguridad.
Se logran identificar los riesgos en ciberseguridad a los que la comunidad académica está expuesta, posteriormente, se utilizan instrumentos para recolectar información relevante para la investigación, con el objeto de hacer un análisis de datos con dicha información, utilizando la técnica IEC- ISO 31010:2018.
Finalmente, con base en la identificación de riesgos, se diseñó una cartilla con los lineamientos en ciberseguridad que pueden y deberían implementar en la institución para beneficio de toda la comunidad educativa. En dicha cartilla se incluyeron normas que contemplan los lineamientos que rigen el comportamiento general dentro de la institución frente al tema de ciberseguridad, en cuanto a aspectos legales, jurídicos, pero también morales y reglas que indican lo que está o no permitido hacer para evitar ser víctimas de ciberdelincuencia.
Como resultado, se obtiene que los riesgos más significativos fueron cyberbullying, phishing, ingeniería social e intrusión a clases virtuales. Es por ello, que por medio de la cartilla se plantea una propuesta que permite fortalecer el modelo y la responsabilidad en ciberseguridad con los procesos ajustados de acuerdo con los antecedentes y la validación misma, con el fin de prevenir posibles ciberataques.
This research focuses on the development of a proposal that allows strengthening responsibility in cybersecurity from an institutional perspective in the Military Gymnasium of the Air Force, focusing its base of study on children from grade 4 and 5 in the selected institution. For its development, the categories of analysis associated with risk factors and cybersecurity protection in different educational institutions, the different risk factors and protection measures against cybersecurity were identified. It is possible identify the cybersecurity risks to which the academic community is exposed, using instruments to collect relevant information for the investigation. IEC-ISO 31010 technique: 2018 was used to carry out a data analysis with recollected information. Finally, based on the identification of risks, a primer was designed with the cybersecurity guidelines that can and should be implemented in the institution for the benefit of the entire educational community. In that primer, norms were included that contemplate the guidelines that govern the general behavior within the institution regarding the issue of cybersecurity, in terms of legal, juridical, but also moral aspects and rules that indicate what is or is not allowed to be done to avoid being victims of cybercrime. As a result, it is obtained that the most significant risks were cyberbullying, phishing, social engineering and intrusion into virtual classes. That is why, through the pimer, a proposal is proposed that allows strengthening the model and responsibility in cybersecurity with the processes adjusted according to the background and the validation itself, in order to prevent possible cyberattacks.
